RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
1. Right of Withdrawal for Non-Customized Products

For products that are not customized, such as engagement rings or non-personalized pieces (Custom Pieces), the statutory right of withdrawal applies. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at YO GRILLZ S.R.O, PRISTAVNÍ 1220/13, 170 00 PRAG, Czech Republic by means of a clear statement (e.g., by mail or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Please feel free to use our withdrawal form for this. After a successful withdrawal, you can return the goods to us at your own cost. The return is generally at your responsibility and cost unless otherwise agreed. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your withdrawal before the 14-day period after receiving the goods expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding any shipping costs and any discounts applied, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For customized products, such as personalized grillz, chains, or rings with custom designs, there is no right of withdrawal. These products are specifically made according to your individual wishes and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 KSchG.

3. Refunds and Returns

In the event of a withdrawal for non-customized products, the refund of the purchase price will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned goods and confirming the withdrawal. The refund will be processed through the payment method you used for the purchase.

4. Damages and Signs of Use

Please ensure that the returned products are not damaged or show signs of use. If this is the case, we reserve the right to reduce the refund.
